Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  • Cash payments are accepted in person.
  • Checks should be made payable to Cleverly Organized, LLC.
  • Credit cards payments can be made by phone at (513) 373-1869.
Q: When will I receive the products that I ordered?
You can expect to receive your products within 10 to 14 days of receipt of your order.
Q: What is your policy for returns and/or exchanges?

New unopened items sold by Clever Container may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of your return, we’ll process your refund.

If you receive a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me to request a replacement.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item that you wish to purchase.

Products that break due to misuse or mishandling cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: How do Clever Cause Fundraisers work?
Partner with Clever Container for your next fundraiser and earn 10% of the total amount that is sold. Once sales reach $600, your organization’s profit increases to 15% of the total amount. Plus, your organization will receive a $5.00 bonus for each additional dated booking the consultant gets from your event.
Q: How often do you update your catalogs and offer new products?
We update our catalogs with new products two times per year.
